Terms of Service

MassMetrics is a fitness tracking app operated by Discrete Software LLC. The app helps you log workouts, track macros and nutrition, monitor steps, and record bodyweight trends.

By accessing or using MassMetrics, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

You may not use MassMetrics to break the law, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the app, abuse support channels, impersonate another person, use a name or identifier you do not have the right to use, or access another person's account or data without permission.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us promptly at support@massmetrics.app.

MassMetrics provides tracking and informational tools only. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional fitness, nutrition, or health care services.

You should use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional before making decisions that may affect your health, training, nutrition, or safety.

Exercise, dieting, and bodyweight changes can involve risk, including injury or adverse health effects. You use MassMetrics and any information you track in the app at your own risk.

You retain ownership of the workout logs, nutrition entries, bodyweight records, step data, notes, and other content you submit to MassMetrics.

You grant Discrete Software LLC permission to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, maintain, secure, improve, and support MassMetrics.

You are responsible for making sure the content you provide is accurate, lawful, and yours to provide. Your content must not violate another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual property, contract, or other rights.

MassMetrics, including the app, website, design, features, software, text, graphics, logos, and other materials we provide, is owned by Discrete Software LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These terms do not give you ownership of MassMetrics or permission to use our name, logo, branding, or other proprietary materials except as needed to use the app as intended.

Paid subscriptions are purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and payment management are handled through your Apple account and the App Store.

Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, your subscription may automatically renew according to the terms shown by Apple at purchase. Your Apple account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple where applicable. If a free trial is offered, unused trial time may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where permitted by Apple's rules.

Your use of the app may also be subject to Apple's App Store terms and policies. If there is a conflict between these terms and Apple's required terms for in-app purchases, Apple's terms control for the payment and App Store relationship.

MassMetrics may connect to or reference third-party services, including Apple Health, the App Store, or external websites. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, availability, or practices.

You should review the terms and privacy policies that apply to any third-party service you choose to use with MassMetrics.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of MassMetrics as the product evolves. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or use the app in a harmful or unlawful way.

You may stop using MassMetrics at any time. Subscription cancellation must be completed through your Apple account settings.

MassMetrics is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Discrete Software LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation, and results from using the app.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Discrete Software LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, training or nutrition outcomes, unauthorized access, or inability to use MassMetrics.

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

These terms, together with any terms shown in the app or required by Apple for in-app purchases, are the agreement between you and Discrete Software LLC for your use of MassMetrics.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you through the app, the website, or another appropriate channel before or when the changes take effect.

Your continued use of MassMetrics after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, stop using the app.
