You can create an account and build your exercises, templates and programs without paying. A subscription starts when you choose roster spots so you can invite athletes.

Where do I see the current price?

On the Billing page inside MassMetrics Coaching, before you check out. It shows the per-spot price for monthly and annual billing, along with any annual savings.

Do I need a spot for myself?

No. Coaches don't use spots, and coaches in an organization in good standing also get the MassMetrics app included.

Does MassMetrics take a cut of what my athletes pay me?

No. MassMetrics doesn't process payments between you and your athletes. Payment reminders just help you keep track of who's paid.

Roster spots

How roster spots work

What uses a spot: Each athlete on your roster, and each invitation that's still pending. Cancel an invitation and its spot opens up again.
What doesn't: Coaches and owners. Bring your whole team without paying per seat.
Changing your spots: Add spots whenever you need them; you're charged the prorated difference right away. Remove spots and the unused time is credited.
Billing: Choose monthly or annual billing. Checkout runs on Polar, our merchant of record, which calculates taxes. Owners manage the subscription.
What athletes get: Full access to the MassMetrics app for as long as they're on your roster, with no subscription of their own.
If your subscription ends: Athletes lose the app access that came with your roster, but their accounts, logs and assigned plans stay with them.
